I’m a New York–based senior design leader with a passion for blending creativity and business strategy to deliver design solutions that make a measurable impact. As a Senior Lead Visual Designer at Kyndryl, an IBM spinoff, I bring decades of experience leading high-performing teams, shaping brand narratives, and delivering award-winning creative for global clients in technology, publishing, and consumer markets.

I grew up surrounded by artists, and that creative energy has shaped everything I do. I’ve always believed that great design is equal parts storytelling, strategy, and craft. Over the years, I’ve created emotionally resonant visual experiences, from customer stories that helped generate millions in pipeline revenue to persona-driven event experiences recognized by the Content Marketing Institute for “Best Content Marketing Launch, Strategy.” My work consistently delivers results, driving engagement, sales opportunities, and stronger brand perception.

My leadership style is rooted in warmth, mentorship, and collaboration. After completing the Executive Presence and Influence program at Wharton, I refined my approach to leading with empathy and purpose. I guide teams through complex creative challenges while encouraging innovation and growth, and I believe in “show, don’t tell.” Storytelling principles like ethos, pathos, and logos shape how I inspire teams and communicate ideas with clarity and impact.

In my current role, I drive design strategy from concept to delivery, often building solutions from the ground up. I champion design thinking, rapid prototyping, and the thoughtful integration of emerging tools like generative AI to push creativity and efficiency forward. My focus is always on usability, accessibility, and emotional resonance, the elements that transform design into meaningful experiences.

Mentoring the next generation of designers is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. I’m passionate about fostering environments where curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning thrive. At the heart of everything I create is the desire to make people feel something, whether through typography, storytelling, or immersive visual experiences.

Outside of work, I advocate for kids in STEM, Alzheimer’s research, and healthy aging. Inspired by creative pioneers like Paula Scher and thought leaders like Dr. Martin Seligman, I bring a positive psychology lens to both design and leadership. My goal is to leave a legacy of thoughtful, human-centered creativity that makes a lasting difference.
