Objective: Showcase a visual representation of our Microsoft Alliance and Copilot solution for retail returns. Create an interactive demo showcasing the integration of Copilot AI into retail returns on Sales dashboards and customer apps for out Microsoft Alliance team. This features Chat Bots on phone apps, and upsell opportunities
Challenge: Illustrate how Copilot can streamline retail returns and enhance sales opportunities.
Approach / Solution:
The demo highlights AI-powered Copilot for retail returns, assisting both sales teams and customers in making returns easier. It also supports salespeople with a retail dashboard that displays the customer’s buying history and prompts for up-selling opportunities. The demo features hot spots, sales dashboards, and the customer’s retail phone app with a chatbot. The AI recommends upsell ideas to the Salesperson as well as what the customer has been viewing. The idea is to show, not tell. The presenter uses a talk track to demonstrate the screens’ interactivity
